Cancellation policy
Automatic renewal, billing, trials, cancellation, and remaining access
Effective date: August 30, 2026
Cancel before the next renewal. 'Cancel anytime' stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
1. Scope
This Subscription and Cancellation Policy applies to recurring memberships, hosted course access, communities, applications, or other products offered by Morph LLC, doing business as Airlines on Autopilot ("AOA," "we," "us," or "our"), on an automatic-renewal basis through Shopify, Whop, or another authorized platform.
The product listing and checkout shown at enrollment should identify the product, recurring price, currency, billing interval, trial or promotional period, renewal date or method for determining it, access term, and cancellation method. Those specific terms control if they differ from this general Policy.
2. Automatic renewal and consent
By selecting a subscription and completing checkout, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method on file at the disclosed recurring interval until the subscription is canceled. AOA will not intentionally enroll a customer in recurring billing without the customer's affirmative action and the disclosures presented by the checkout platform.
Review the order confirmation and keep it for your records. Contact AOA promptly if the confirmation does not match the offer you accepted.
3. Billing dates, taxes, and payment methods
The first charge and each renewal charge occur according to the schedule displayed at checkout or in the subscription account. Billing dates can shift because of trial periods, weekends, failed-payment retries, plan changes, or platform processing. Applicable taxes and platform charges may be added as shown at checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and current account information. Updating a payment method does not automatically cancel a subscription.
4. How to cancel
Cancel before the next renewal charge is submitted. Use the method for the platform that bills the subscription:
- Whop: Sign in to Whop, open Profile and then Orders, select the subscription, and choose Cancel membership. In the mobile app, open the profile, choose Manage Orders, select the subscription, and cancel.
- Shopify Subscriptions: Sign in to the customer account used for purchase, open Subscriptions, select the subscription, and use the available Cancel subscription control.
- Another subscription app or platform: Use the cancellation link or account controls identified in the order confirmation, receipt, product page, or billing portal.
You may email airlinesonautopilot@gmail.com for reasonable assistance. Include the purchase email, order or membership number, product, and platform. A request sent close to renewal may not stop a charge already submitted by the platform, so use the self-service cancellation control whenever available.
5. Effect of cancellation and meaning of "Cancel anytime"
"Cancel anytime" means the customer may stop future automatic renewals at any time using the available cancellation process. It does not mean a current billing period is free, that past charges are refundable, or that access necessarily ends immediately.
For Whop, cancellation generally allows access through the period already paid and prevents another renewal. For Shopify or another subscription app, access may end immediately or at the end of the paid term depending on the product and app terms displayed to the customer. The account confirmation after cancellation controls.
A cancellation confirmation should be sent by the billing platform. Retain it. If a renewal occurs after a confirmed timely cancellation, contact AOA and the billing platform with the confirmation.
6. Free trials and introductory promotions
A free or discounted trial automatically converts to a paid subscription only as disclosed at enrollment. Cancel before the stated trial or promotional period ends to avoid the first full-price or recurring charge. Deleting an app, ignoring the product, or failing to log in does not cancel a trial or subscription.
Unless the offer expressly states otherwise, a customer may not repeatedly use new-customer trials, create duplicate accounts to obtain promotional pricing, or transfer a trial.
7. Price, plan, and term changes
AOA may change a subscription price, included features, billing interval, or other material term prospectively. AOA or the platform will provide the notice required by applicable law before the change takes effect. The customer may cancel before the new term or price applies.
A customer-requested upgrade, downgrade, pause, or plan change is effective according to the confirmation shown by the platform. Proration, credits, or immediate feature changes depend on the displayed plan-change terms.
8. Failed payments, suspension, and expiration
The platform may retry a failed payment, ask the customer to update the payment method, temporarily suspend access, or cancel the subscription after unsuccessful retries. Access may remain unavailable while amounts are overdue. AOA is not responsible for bank fees or card-provider charges caused by a failed payment.
9. Refunds and accidental renewals
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current or a prior billing period. AOA generally does not issue prorated refunds or credits for unused time or failure to cancel, except where required by law or stated in the product offer.
An accidental renewal request received within 48 hours may be reviewed as a courtesy when there has been no meaningful use after renewal, but approval is discretionary. Refund eligibility and timing are governed by the Refund, Return and Pass Guarantee Policy and the applicable platform.
10. Renewal notices and records
AOA and the billing platform may send transaction, renewal, trial-ending, price-change, failed-payment, cancellation, or legal notices electronically. We will provide reminders or confirmations required by applicable law. Keep the purchase email and account information current.
11. Mandatory rights and platform terms
This Policy does not limit any non-waivable cancellation or refund right. Shopify, Whop, payment providers, and subscription apps may impose additional platform terms and may process cancellation or refunds under those terms or applicable law.
