Operator, intellectual-property, affiliation, and formal-notice disclosures

1. Website operator
This website and the related Airlines on Autopilot products and services are operated by Morph LLC, doing business as Airlines on Autopilot ("AOA").
AOA's current business and customer-support details appear on the Contact Information page.
2. Formal notices
Unless a written agreement specifies a different method, formal notices to AOA may be sent to airlinesonautopilot@gmail.com and by tracked mail to 7901 Research Forest Dr. #4003076, Spring, Texas 77382-1482, United States.
Publishing an email address or mailing address does not constitute consent to service of legal process by a method that is not authorized by applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, AOA-created text, graphics, branding, study materials, lesson plans, videos, quizzes, downloads, course content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Morph LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
A purchase or subscription grants only the limited rights stated in the Terms of Service and Digital Product License Agreement. It does not transfer ownership of AOA content or branding.
4. No government or industry affiliation
AOA is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration, any designated pilot examiner, testing provider, aircraft manufacturer, airline, flight school, or other third party unless AOA expressly states otherwise in writing.
References to third-party names, publications, regulations, aircraft, products, or services are used for identification, commentary, or education and do not by themselves imply endorsement or affiliation.
5. Third-party marks and links
Third-party trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or reference. AOA does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.
6. Copyright and intellectual-property complaints
To report material that you believe infringes your rights, email airlinesonautopilot@gmail.com with the subject "Intellectual Property Notice" and include:
- identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other right you claim is affected;
- identification and location of the material at issue;
- your name and reliable contact information;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the rights owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
AOA may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the notice. Knowingly submitting a materially false claim may create liability.
7. Changes
AOA may update this Legal Notice prospectively to reflect changes in its business, content, or legal obligations. The version posted on the website with the most recent effective date controls for future use.
